Settlement Agreements

Need a way to track a payment schedule that is part of a case settlement? We’ve got you covered!

PropertiFlow supports creating payment schedules for cases, letting property management and law firms to set and track payments.

Creating a Settlement Agreement

Payment schedules can only be built by law firms, but can be edited by either property managers or law firms. Firms will be updating the status of the case and can indicate the next steps.

Set a case outcome as either ‘Pay and Stay’ or ‘Pay and Leave’ in order to show the payment schedule builder.
