PropertiFlow supports creating payment schedules for cases, letting property management and law firms to set and track payments.
Creating a Settlement Agreement
Payment schedules can only be built by law firms, but can be edited by either property managers or law firms. Firms will be updating the status of the case and can indicate the next steps.
Set a case outcome as either ‘Pay and Stay’ or ‘Pay and Leave’ in order to show the payment schedule builder.

Under Create Payment Schedule, enter the Amount Due and the Due Date for the payment. Payment Numbers are set by default. Once you have set the amount and due date, click on the blue check box to save the payment.

You can add as many payments as you want to a schedule.
Once the list of payments has been entered, click Save to save the settlement agreement to the case.
