Managing Cases

💁🏻
Are you a property manager? For how to create a case for property managers , check out our guide here → 📂 Creating a Case

To see all of your firm’s cases, simply click on the Cases tab on the left menu. This will show you a list of all cases, from all clients as well as cases your firm has without an associated client (Independent Cases).

Client Cases

Need to see your client’s cases? No worries. As long as your clients are connected to your account on PropertiFlow, you’ll be able to see them by clicking Clients in the left menu. This will let you see cases only for that client.

Once you select a client, you’ll be able to see a list of all their cases, and their current status. If you need to take action on any case, click Details to open the case details page.

Creating a case without a client (Independent Cases)

Client not on PropertiFlow yet? No worries. You can create a case for them without them on the platform (though, it’s simpler if they are). We call these Independent Cases.
