1. Navigate to the Properties & Units Page
First step is to navigate to the Properties & Units page using the left menu pane.
2. Add Property Details
Once on the Properties & Units page, in the Properties section, select Create New. This will open up a window asking for the information on the property.

- Property Name: This is the friendly name of the property that will help you identify one property from another
- LLC Name: The name of the property owner (typically an LLC)
- Authorized Signatory: The name of the person who is marked as the authorized signatory for each property.
- Address: Street address of the Property

- City: The city where the property is located
- Zip Code: The zip code of the property
- Owner Occupied Status: Is this property owner occupied?
