Inviting Team Members
Letβs make sure that all your team members have access to PropertiFlow. Adding team members helps share the case load and allows your whole team to see the latest status of your cases.
Whether you are a property manager or lawyer, the steps are the same.
1. Navigate to the Setting Page
To see your connected clients, simply go to the Settings Page using the icon on the left menu.
2. Add team members
In the People Management section, click on the Add People button on the right side of the pane. In the pop-up, enter the team members you want to invite. Once you have added everyone, click Send Invites and your team will get an email inviting them to join PropertiFlow.
Managing Team Members
Being able to manage your team, and ensuring they have the correct levels of access is crucial to maintaining success and security for your organization.
Changing users information
If you need to edit a userβs info, simply navigate to the People Management section of the Settings Page and click Edit Profile for the user you would like to edit. Admins can edit for all users. Normal users can only edit their own information.
You can change the following about a user:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Access Level
