Connecting with your client

First, let’s make sure you are setup in PropertiFlow, and connected to your clients. This connection will allow a law firm (you), to connect with your client and process their cases. This is critical to getting the most out of PropertiFlow.

Steps:

1. Navigate to the Setting Page

To see your connected clients, simply go to the Settings Page using the icon on the left menu.

2. Add Client

In the Settings page, in the Clients section, select Add Client.

In the pop-up window, search for your client from the list or by email. Once you have selected a client, hit Send Invites to connect their account to yours. They’ll receive an request notification and be asked to confirm the connection. Once they accept, you are ready to start processing cases!

If you can’t find your client on PropertiFlow, you can always invite them by entering their email in the bottom section of the pop-up. You can even add multiple clients at once. Once you are done adding the emails, hit Send Invites. Clients will receive an email to signup for PropertiFlow. Once they complete signup, their account will automatically be associated to your team’s account.
